CleanUp Guide
Using photos in other apps and keeping the Photos library clean on a regular basis
When your work means attaching or using images in other apps (KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, and more), CleanUp makes it easier to keep the system Photos app tidy—especially if you turn on Save alongside Photos.
What is CleanUp?

CleanUp helps you periodically clear work photos that were also saved to the system Photos app when you use Save alongside Photos so other apps can pick images from Photos.
Cleanup removes Photos assets only. Your work records inside Clips stay intact.
Using CleanUp

Open Settings > Library > CleanUp to turn the feature on and adjust options.

On the settings screen you can enable CleanUp and configure notifications.
What you can configure
· Whether CleanUp is enabled
· CleanUp push notifications
How to use the cleanup screen

1. Review candidate photos in the grid.

2. Select multiple items by tap or drag, or use select all / clear all.

3. When you run cleanup from Photos, only items that still exist in Photos are removed.
4. After it runs, check the success, partial success, or failure message.
When do notifications arrive?
CleanUp notifications are sent as a push at 9:00 p.m. that day when CleanUp is ON, notifications are ON, the card visibility conditions are met, and system permission is allowed.
If conditions are not met or permission is missing, push notifications will not fire.
